At Jesse's Teahouse, we want you to love your tea experience; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused teaware and unopened tea within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened tea pouches cannot be returned to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them to our designated returns center using the provided instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
