Where does Jesse's Teahouse source its tea?

We source all our teas directly from small-batch farmers in China. Jesse personally visits these tea gardens to ensure the highest quality, ethical labor practices, and traditional processing methods.

How should I store my loose-leaf tea to keep it fresh?

To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dark, and dry place. Keep it in an airtight container away from strong odors, direct sunlight, and moisture. Our resealable pouches are designed for this purpose.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide! Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return tea if I don't like the taste?

Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea for safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us and we will make it right.

Do you offer tea sets for beginners?

Yes! We have a curated 'Gongfu Starter Set' that includes a Gaiwan, fair cup, and tasting cups, perfect for those new to traditional Chinese tea ceremonies.

Are your teas organic?

While many of our partner farmers follow organic and natural farming practices, many small-scale traditional farms do not carry official international certifications. We prioritize 'clean' tea grown without harsh chemical pesticides.
